Q1: What is the minimum product order that you can handle at a particular time?

Ans: For bulk or custom-formulated orders, we are capable of manufacturing supplement orders of any size. We run small orders of as little as 500 Packs for our stock.

Q2: I have created artwork and now I want to get it printed. Which format should I deliver to you?

Ans: We prefer to work with artwork saved as Corel Draw (.cdr) files along with all the respective fonts. Please make sure all files are set to 300 dpi or better. If we receive files lower than 300 dpi, we cannot guarantee the print quality.

Q3: Can you help me design my labels?

Ans: Yes, we have a full, professional design department. Better yet, our designers are among the few in the industry that are trained in DRAP/FDA labelling requirements.

Q4: Do you offer custom package design help and do you manufacture packaging as well?

Q6: How long will it take to manufacture my supplement or vitamin product after we put in an order?

Ans: You’ll love our turnaround time. It takes 3 to 4 days for small local consumer order and 3 to 4 weeks for international consumer orders. Commercial or bulk orders entertain as per agreement with customer. 

Q7: Do I need to have a formulation already to get started with you?

Ans: No. You can formulate your product with the help of our top-notch Pharmacist. They bring years of industry experience to developing the perfect product for your business. To avoid the expense of stability testing, however, we highly recommend you consider our stock formulation options for vitamins and supplements.

Q8: If I have a special nutraceutical ingredient I want to use from a specific ingredient supplier, can you acquire it for production?
